Shipments outside the United States:
All International orders are to be phoned in. Please call us at 1-800-221-5718 to place your order. Customers outside the contiguous 48 US States will be advised of actual shipping charges via email or phone within 2 business days. Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at the time of order placement. We will determine and advise you via email of shipping and handling charges which will be billed at cost. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. APO/FPO and US possessions are sent USPS First Class Priority Mail. Rates for these destinations and services are calculated manually and emailed within 2 business days. Orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express (2 - 3 day service). |
| We gladly accept International orders. Our policies are in place to protect you, the consumer, as well as all merchants. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard® or Visa®, Cashier's Check, or International Money Order. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility. Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address ( that the credit card statement is mailed to) and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization purposes. Complete address verification is necessary before orders will be shipped. Recipient is responsible for all duties, customs, and any other taxes.

| Returns & Exchanges |
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 15 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit available on pre-spooled line. Please call us at 1-800-221-5718 to receive a Return Authorization Number. You cannot return any item unless you have received a Return Authorization Number.

If you prefer faster shipping, please select either UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air within the order form. UPS Next Day Air is available on in-stock items, please contact us for a quote. APO/FPO and US possessions are sent USPS First Class Priority Mail. Rates for these destinations and services are calculated at order placement and a shipping quote will be emailed to you within 2 business days. Oversize, bulky, and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. You will be advised via email or phone of any additional shipping charges. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. If your order will not ship within 2 business days you will be notified via email or phone. UPS Tracking Numbers are emailed to you when shipment is picked up by UPS. |
