Accurate TwinSpin 12 the sportfishing world's smallest, true dual-drag, ocean spinning reel with a braking system applying equal braking pressure to both sides of the reel spool. Not you average, limited duty spinning model, the new TwinSpin 12 is designed for heavy duty angling performance, far surpassing the capabilities of traditional spinning reels.

Meeting the finest quality standards of all gamefishing reels, the new TwinSpin 12's body, rotor, and spool are precision-machined from solid block of 6061 T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Complementing the reel's leading-edge design, is a spool shaft and two drag plates made from titanium. Internally the TwinSpin 12's performance dissipating, titanium drag-friction washers. Even with it small size, the TwinSpin 12 has a line capacity of 350 yards of 12 pound mono and 300 yours of 50 pound braided line.

Externally it offers a quick-hange spool capability with a drag preset knob located on the top of the spool. By using the drag-registration lines found encircling the spool top, drag pressure can be precisely adjusted. Since the patented TwinDrag mechanism of the TwinSpin 12 is retained within the spool, optional spools with lines varying in breaking strengths can quickly and easily be changed without having to readjust the drag settings with each spool hange. Line disengagement and pickup is via a rugged, spring bail mechanism. an ergonomically-designed power knob naturally conforms to the shape of the angler's hand, making a comfortable, constant grip.
