The 6" Folding Fillet Knife is the
first folding fillet knife to have the ergonomic propotion and balance of a
standard knife. The secret is the unique blade protector that allows the
blade to be longer than handle and still fold safely. This tool is fillet
ready right out of the package, the optimum balance of slicing ease, cutting
power and dexterity.
- Blade is master sharpened to 26
degrees, and cryogenically treated to enhance molecular structure and accept
a finer, sharper edge.
